Closing out events?

Not sure what I'm missing here.

I have attempted to close out events and record impact for the following:

http://community.starbucks.com/groups/komen-race-for-the-cure-lexington-ky not mine, one of my SMs.

These are not listed as "completed projects".

I am trying to log hours for my community project that happened yesterday and everytime I get I click on the page I get a "Jive" error that says the page cannot be found.

Every project I have created is still open

Hi! I just recorded hours for two projects yesterday, and they are still listed as open. Also, I would like to request a grant for one, but I can't do that until it's closed. Please help!

For some reason I can't join the project: @ 118th-street-elementary on 4/17/13

I tried several times to join the project: http://community.starbucks.com/groups/laccal-global-month-of-service-118th-street-elementary

but everytime I click "join", nothing happens. I will still attend, but I don't know why it doesn't accept me.
