My name is Bernie Weis and I am the Lead DM for this project. Thanks for getting involved and it is great to meet you! I just recreated the sign up lists so that you can go edit the document and republish it. Just select the doc and then click the link on the right column for edit document. Once you have filled out the info, then publish. Your information should now appear on the document. Let me know if that doesn't work.

The Ukiah Starbucks team needs you! Can you help us in the fight against cancer by:

walking on our team (who doesn't need to get out and move a little - walk as little or as long as you want)?
baking goodies for us to sell during the event (calling all of our bakers and culinary students)?
helping us set up/tear down our tent?
helping us shuttle supplies (caffine & sugar) from the stores to the event?

Hi there!

I am new to this Starbucks Community Service program. I was wondering how the relay for life event will play out. Such as if there is a certain schedule or whatnot. Do we just show up and are given tasks? I just am in the dark about how the program works. Thanks!

I wanted to share our continued success with engaging our licensees to attend community volunteer events and the relationships it is creating across boundaries. We had partners from Safeway, Albertsons and US Bank. We had company partners as well. There was much fun that was had and improved relationships as well as a feeling of "good" about giving back. I encourage all Licensed Store District Managers to continue to grow these relationships not only in large projects but in small intimate projects as well where individual time can be spent and we can continue to share our message as well as help them to understand our culture.
