Hello Deb,

I'm sorry I don't have a simple solution for you yet. Basically, the way your profile name is displayed is connected to your profile on Starbucks.com. I was unable to change my display name on that end too, and the best advice I can offer you is to contact the HelpDesk through that site. I work with the folks who manage the Community Site and unfortunately they don't have the access to the Starbucks.com system to help you with this. Best of luck!

Hello Merrill,

If you are the project leader the site is designed so you will always see "you are the project leader" instead of "project completed" when you're logged in. Chances are everyone will see the latter but I'm happy to check on it for you, just let me know what the name of your project is (or send me a link).

Hello Gloria,

As the project leader, you should be able to see a button to "record hours" on the right side bar of your project's homepage, but I've been seeing many partners saying this option is unavailable to them. I'm working with the site administrators to fix the issue. In the mean time, if you can send a screengrab of what you are seeing, that will help the webmasters tremendously.

Hi Mercedes,

I'm checking on issues with logging hours. Even when you do log your hours, the project will always be marked "You Are Leading This Project" to you since you're the leader. To everyone else it will be listed as "Completed" (how I will see it).

If you are having trouble logging hours, can you give me the name of your project so I can add it to the list for the web administrators to look into?

Hello Lauren,

The two projects you mentioned are marked as complete to me. As the project lead, I think you'll always see that you're the leader instead of it being complete. I believe everyone else will see them as complete as well.

I've done this too! If you go to the project's main page, there should be a button to "leave project." Just click on that and you'll be set.

If you head over to the Starbuck.com/Partners site, in the Partner Program Details section there's a neat document that explains the how the community grants program works. The title of the document should say Community Service Grants Guidelines.
