What to Wear, What to Bring

Posted by Rob Webb Apr 21, 2011

The weather may be warm but consider wearing long pants to protect yourself from prickly weeds and other debris we are removing. Above all, make sure you wear comfortable shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting dirty in!

We would like to ask everyone to bring their own gloves and safety goggles if possible.  Also, additional garden tools such as rakes and shovels will be useful.  Remember, if you bring any items from home please make sure they are clearly identified.

So far we have over 150 volunteers signed up.  We are looking for at least 300 participants so make sure to invite other partners, family and friends.  Have partners register here on the community site and others can sign up at sbuxsacevent.eventbrite.com.  We need anyone planning on joining us to sign up so we can plan our projects for the day.

Details about registration location and parking to come soon.  Check back
