Description of volunteer effort:

We believe that no child between the ages of 15 to 24 should ever become infected with HIV. Yet, this age group accounts for 40% of all new HIV infections.The Long Beach AIDS Foundation is working very hard to ensure that everyone living with HIV and AIDS in Long Beach has access to life enhancing care and to foster more effective HIV prevention programs that will reduce new HIV infections on an annually basis until it has been stopped in Long Beach.Help our team walk 5k on Saturday June 2nd through the city of Long Beach to help fight this disease and raise money to help stop it. Join team "DOUBLE TALL" at aidswalklb.comHelp your community, help the children, help people affected by HIV.
