Reminder: Pre-event Meeting Tomorrow night

Hello Everyone,

I hope all of you are still able to do the event. This message is just a reminder about tomorrow night's Zoobilation meeting.

It will be at the Seneca Park Zoo, most likely in the Conference Center. The zoo will be closed when you get there. I will wait at the entrance till 6, to help you get in and find your way. If you arrive after 6, the door to the left of the zoo should be open for the event. When you enter the zoo you will walk straight back past the Eagle's Landing Cafe you will see a blue building on your right labelld ZOT zone. You will enter the building in the first door there will be a small sign that says conference center. I'm not sure what the meeting will entail completely, but I do know that most of us will be greeters, and we will have a script to help us with what to tell the guests!

If you can't make it you can either send me your email address and we can send you the details of the meeting. Or you can call or email Elizabeth Roach the volunteer coordinator at the zoo eroach@senecazoo.org or (295-7354).

Pre-event Meeting Tuesday May 22 6 pm

Just to let everyone know there will be a meeting on Tuesday, May 22 @ 6pm on the Zoo grounds. This meeting will cover all the bases of Zoobilation and all of the important volunteer roles. There will be snack and beverages and the metting usually lasts an hour.

Also, the night of zoobilation a BBQ dinner will be provided.

I appreciate all of you signing up and I'll see you at the meeting!

Hello all,

I just want to say thank you for signing up for the zoobilation event. It should be a really good time.

The zoo needs some contact information for each of you. To help keep track of your hours. Specifically your name and address. You can contact the volunteer coordinator at the Zoo, Elizabeth Roach at 336-7354 or eroach@senecazoo.org.

She will also send you a date for the volunteer information meeting prior to zoobilation. They were thinking May 21/22.
