aniMeals on Wheels progress report

We collected 163 lbs of dry pet food and 125 cans of wet pet food as of April 13th, 2012. Me and my sons, Nico and Griffin delivered the food to the Interfaith Ministries of Greater Houston. We met Kent who gave us info and helped off load our donation. Kent let us know that Meals on Wheels serves 4500 seniors in the Greater Houston area. Of those, 1000 own pets. At the time they were almost out of pet food. Our delivery was a much needed boost to their stock but NO WHERE near enough. We have 5 Starbucks stores in the Sugar Land collecting pet food.
