2011 LA SCORES CUPSunday September 25th 2011 HOME DEPOT CENTERLA SCORES kids Get Involved through Soccer, Poetry and Community Service Starbucks has been a very special partner for America SCORES LA since their non-profit organization was founded in 2002.  And over the past 8 years, Starbucks has contributed over $150,000 to America SCORES LA.  This funding has allowed the America SCORES LA program to grow from one that began serving 80 children to one that now serves 400.  In addition, it has provided stability during a challenging economic time, allowing America SCORES LA to continue to be a dynamic community program here in Los Angeles.  But Starbucks involvement with ASLA has gone far beyond dollars. Over the past 8 years, we have sponsored the America SCORES LA Jamboree, participated in the SCORES Cup Soccer Tournament, and had over 200 partners volunteer for America SCORES LA!
