Relay For Life is an event that helps raising funds for research to find cure for of all types of cancer. This will be our 5th year when our team Starbucks Cares! will participate. We will raise money through the Relay For Life website, as well as on site during an overnight event that celebrates the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight the disease back. At Relay, teams of people camp out and take turns walking around a track. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Because cancer never sleeps, we all do this for about 20 hours, throughout the night until the sun comes out. Many of our partners and customers support us throughout the duration of our fundraising activities to show their support of this important cause.
