Description of volunteer effort:

Come help to make a difference with this Self Defense Seminar. We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives. We don't expect you to have a background in the area at all, only a willingness to help the community.

If you would like more information or to take on a larger role in assisting with the organization or helping to promote the event please call Vinnie @ 206-731-9610

We are looking for people who can help hand out information, and sign people in, as well as help in organizing people as they attend.

The event: Women's Self Defense Class:

Time: 11:00 to 1:00.

Description: Learn what the professionals say you should know about how to stay safe and out of trouble. Know what to do if someone attacks you or your children. In this class you will learn to trust your instincts and make the right move in dangerous situations.
