Description of volunteer effort:

The Starbucks World Water Day Walk is mile fun walk to commemorate the walk millions of people have to surmount every day just to have fresh water.  We are raising $10,500 to build a deep borehole well to support a village of 54,000 people in Uganda.  We are also bringing awareness to the water crisis world wide and locally and promoting responsible usage and conservation practices.
