I have switched positions about a year and a half ago, but it still shows my old title and old e-mail address so I am not receiving any updates. I am unable to update it myself. Can you please tell me how to fix this issue? Thank You! Kim

I have this same issue. I was a TLA DM last year and I still show up as a District Manager with my old DM email. I receive no email updates etc... How do I get this fixed? This issue is almost one year old and we dont have a resolution?
