Thoughts on improvements for next year!

Howdy Everyone!

 

For my veterans of the 2011 Big Event, Do y'all have any ideas on improvements for next year?

    Hi Robert,

    I think we need to focus on the flow of the condiments and handoff station. I also think that we need more people there for the flow of transportation. It is just hard because of the traffic. Maybe we should collect the Cambros a day earlier then we can brew at all four stores then and have very little left to brew for the second wave. I dunno maybe???? It was a great day regardless!!!!
