Profile Updating & Adding Info

I cannot update my profile, add a picture/avatar, address, interest, etc.

    Tell me a bit more about your experience. What happens when you try to update your profile? Do you get an error message? Please attach a screen shot of what you see and I will pass it along to our tech team. Thanks.

      I already found the solution in the forums but thank you for your reply. I think I'm on my way now and looking forward to participating in some projects.

          Hi Dana,

           

          If you go to your Bio page, on the right hand side you will see a list titled "Actions". In that list there is an option to edit profile and should be able to do it from there. I had trouble with adding multiple activites. I figured out that if you hold down the control button and click on the activities you can add all that you like. I uploaded a picture from my own picture library as an avatar. It does not show up on the profile page but does in other areas such as the forums. Good luck.
