Any bags collected?

$33.90 on my Terracycle coffee bags account! That means that so far we have shipped 1,695 bags (and two boxes of 200 each are on their way). We have about until the end of April to ship the rest of the bags and collect the money to make sure that it gets to our ACS Relay for Life team Starbucks Cares! on time (I can claim it only twice a year).

 

Please let me know that you have them boxed (it must be 200 of them), I will bring the label or make sure that they will be picked up (Ginger, I am coming on Tuesday or Wednesday next week,    I promise!)

    The place that your sending your coffee bags, can you purchace any of the products and if so, will it help benefit your project? I think your doing a fantastic job!

      Yes to the first part of your question - you can purchase the product.

      No to the second part of your question.  The money form purchasing products that they sell (re-using the "trash" that we send them) go to them - they are a non-profit organization.

       

      Thank you for your kind words! We are trying to do our share for the planet and for our relay for Life team! Every penny counts, I just got a bunch of phone calls and there are about 600 more bags to be shipped (or even more, I really lost count, have to go and pick them up ).

       

      It is a fun project, I wish everyone could participate.
