I have the exact same problem! When I created the event I wrote a description but it is not showing up with the project. Going to "edit details" only allows me to change the name of the project or the tags for the search option.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Or does anyone know how to reach someone about the site itself? I seriously wish Enterprise Help desk ran this site so I could call them!
I think I figured it out.Or rather just had dumb luck. I just created another project and when you first hit "save and submit" you automatically get told there was a page error and of course start re-entering all the information. So this time when the page error came up I was frustrated and went back to my profile page instead of rewriting everything. Lo and behold there was my project listed with all the original information I had written for the description. So my advice is ignore the error page entirely!! When you try to fix the errors is when you lose all the description you wrote before.
They really need a "contact the site administrator" tab.
hey, thanks! I created another project and now this time the details showed up and i am able to view it. seriously, this thing needs a big fix & update for editing anything~ also, the technical supports need to response asap to provide guidelines, support and answers timely~~
