Tracy,

We will probably have our Jail-and Bail before you, so here is the scoop:

- we are working on making the "cell" that can be placed on one of our cafe tables (looks like a person is behind the bars). We will share it with everyone who wants to do this in their store.

- we actually don't advertise this, it is a nice surprise for everyone and it works well, the best day is a busy day (we do our on Friday during the rush hour;

- I do have a sign that we put in the cell explaining what we do and why we do it

- I would advise you to start working on collections for a raffle basket - partner markouts work the best. For each dollar that people donate, they get a raffle ticket. If all your partners donate their markout, that would be a fantastic prize! Even too much, 8 - 9 lbs of coffee and some other little stuff is enough!

- Please let me know when you do it, I can help you, I can come to your store and help writing the phone numbers down and all that stuff.
