i was trying to edit my profile serval times!! but it all shows
to contact Jive SBS administrator
i was really confuss how to do this
can anybody help me to figure out this things, i'll be really appreciated ![]()

If you're signed in with your global user name and password onto the Community site, have you tried changing your profile through the main Starbucks.com page?
If not I will try to find out how you can contact Jive.
