I did contact the EHD thru starbucks or you can use the "Site Help" link on the bottom of the screen.
It did this to me for awhile too. It passes, sometimes you have to log off your computer or even shut it down and re-start. That helped me, frustrating but it helped.
I had the same trouble and finally found that I was clicking on the wrong option to set up an event. If that is what you are trying to do, you need to look for the same option at the top of your page. the set up will look totally different. Hopefully you will see what I mean.
