Thank you everyone for an incredible event!

I truly appreciated everyone's support for today 20th Anniversary Event. Mayor Lee proclaimed today at Starbucks Day in San Francisco. I wish we could have all 1600 of you together so we could celebrate this milestone as one team. I hope all of you know how you were part of something BIG and we really appreciate your support. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

    Today was amazing! Thank you for your leadership and role modeling,what "going big" truely means. Nothing better than sharing a day with wonderful people,with the same passion,same goal and the BEST SON, EVER! Thank you Trish Brown and all the amazing partners involved :)

    Thank you Trish for putting this together!

     

    It was great meeting everyone and seeing so many familiar faces!!  We need to do HUGE events like this more often!  My family and I had a great time.  The kids worked so hard and on the way home my daughter said, "I wanna clean up more tomorrow!"  So cute!  Glad to be a part of this amazing day!

     

    Great seeing David Chu and Cliff at the end too!

    I will post my pics to the site- Terra can't wait to see your pics- too!  I know you got way more than I!

    It was really great to meet you today Trish!  I met you with Maya at the Mayor's Lavender Garden.  The work that everyone did was nothing short of amazing and I look forward to this event every year.  It is important to know though that going big isn't about how many you have involved but that there is progress no matter how big or small.  Everyone can do a little bit but in the end we can say that that we did a LOT.  We are only but a piece of the puzzle greatly influenced by those around us.  We can motivate others through our impact how important it is to get involved in the community.  And hopefully in the next 12 months we can go even bigger with more hours being recorded.  Let's make this an influential year where we can influence just one other to get involved as well.  If every partner did just that, how many extra hours could we record? 

     

    All in all, a very successful event and I couldn't be more proud of the people and company I work with and for.  Good job to everyone and I look forward to seeing all of you in some way, shape or fashion in the very near future.

    Congratulations team on such a successful and impactful day.  and yes - Way to go TRISH!!   I am so inspired by the recap of the day and what you were able to accomplish.  Amazing. Thank you all for creating such positive change for the community.  Can't wait to see more pictures from the day!

    hey trish this was an awesome event and i look forward to joining even more events...in the 5 years i have worked for this company this infuses in me the great way starbucks gives back...it makes me so proud to work for a fabulous company that always gives back to the community...in every way...i met some incredible people and all were friendly from the smallest to the tallest and not one had an absent smile on their faces...it just goes to show starbucks has great people working for them...im proud to be a starbucks partner...woohoo...check out the album i made have alot of great shots...

    Great Job Trish!

     

          It was my first hours of volunteer work to put in; I'm so proud to have worn the OG Starbucks green volunteer t-shirt that day. Reminds me of Sbux's contribute to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina's disaster.

         After i signed up, walking through the crowd, you were the FIRST one to come up and greet me. Now that's what i'm talking about being INVOLVED is.

    This was a fantastic day!! Thank you Trish for your partnership with the LS team on this day. It was great to work with our licensees, customers and peers to better the local communities in SF. I had a great time!
