Problem closing out event, please help

The event is called DIstrict 264 Earth Day Clean Up Rotary Marsh. The lead is Joy Bellmond. This event was in April and the lead closed it out however it still shows as open. Also the date is incorrect as it states Oct 2013 but we are unable to edit it on our end. Assumption is that this is the reason the event isn't closign properly. We really need these hours to count for April. Please confirm that you can change this date and close out this event

Colette,
Just checked your project, it says that it is completed so everything is OK. It takes a while to show that the project is closed. While I was checking it out I had a chance to look at the pictures from that event: what a beautiful place!

  Hello Colette and Anna - if you're the project leader, the site will always indicate "you are the project leader" instead of "completed." Everyone else however, will see that it's "completed."
