Help for logging hours for completed event

Hello! I am the project leader for an event that has been completed. I am trying to log hours for the event. I went to the site navigation guide and it said exactly where to go to log hours. When I went to the page they requested, there was no link to enable me to log hours. I would love the hours for my event to be included and am looking for an answer on how to do this successfully. Thank you for any help you may provide! -Monica
Hello Monica,
I can look into this for you. If possible, can you send me a screengrab of what you're seeing on your project page? I think you're looking at the same guide as me (with the "log hours" link on the right sidebar right under "invite volunteers"). If those options aren't showing up for you I'll ask the system moderators to look into it.
Thanks,
Angella
Hello Angella,
I am having the same problem as Monica. There is no option available on the right side to log completed hours for my project: 5th Annual Big Cardio 5K. I know that there is usually a "record hours" option, but it is not there for some reason. I appreciate any help you can provide.
Thank you,
Patti McCoy
Hi Patty, is it possible for you to send a screengrab of what you do see? This will help our web administrators pinpoint the issue.
Thanks,
Angella
Thanks Patti,
I will escalate this to the site adminstrators. I'll keep you posted.

I'm having trouble closing out my event as well. I was able to log all information re: hours and impact, but it doesn't seem to be submitting the info as it still says I am leading the project not that it has been closed out.
Hi Mercedes,
I'm checking on issues with logging hours. Even when you do log your hours, the project will always be marked "You Are Leading This Project" to you since you're the leader. To everyone else it will be listed as "Completed" (how I will see it).
If you are having trouble logging hours, can you give me the name of your project so I can add it to the list for the web administrators to look into?
Hope this helps ![]()
