There are areas in my profile that don't allow me to change them such as screen name, etc. It says to contact Jive SBS administrator. How do I do that?
Also, I want to add several areas of interest and am unable to do that either. I've looked at the other posted help discussions and don't see these topics listed.

Susan is correct - after you sign-in to the site, you will see your name at the top of the screen. Click on your name to reach your personal profile. There are several Actions on the right side of the page - click on the link to address your needs.
I'm not exactly sure but my problems seem to be solved. I have an avatar now and my profile is showing some areas of interest I picked. I think if you click on your name in the top right corner it will go to your profile where you can edit thing. Once there, on the right hand side there is a box with the word "Actions" and under that if you choose change avatar/photo you then get a page where you can add interest or browse interest. I actually uploaded a photo from my own library. It does not show up on my profile page but it is showing up in other areas such as this stream. Good luck!

Reading everyone's posts, maybe I wasn't clear that I initially was given a reloadable gift card and registered in that method. I came across the link in an email message to sign up for Community Service and that's when the inability to change my screen name started. I navigated all the other areas helpfully listed by others prior to posting this plea for help....

Have you tried updating your profile from the main Starbucks.com site (not Community)? If that doesn't work I can contact Jive on your behalf.
I did try your suggestions and made changes on my main Starbucks.com site, but it had no effect on this site's display. I would certainly appreciate your help in contacting Jive. All I'm trying to do is change my display name to Deb S!

I have a customer account too and I'm experimenting with my own profile so that I will have a solution to you soon. The Community site should pull your profile name from Starbucks.com. I will do my best to figure this out
I'm sorry I don't have a simple solution for you yet. Basically, the way your profile name is displayed is connected to your profile on Starbucks.com. I was unable to change my display name on that end too, and the best advice I can offer you is to contact the HelpDesk through that site. I work with the folks who manage the Community Site and unfortunately they don't have the access to the Starbucks.com system to help you with this. Best of luck!
Does anyone have the number to contact Jive? I can't record my store number or location. And it wont let me post an event either. Help?
To change your profile information, you first should go to My Partner Info and make any necessary changes to the information on file. If you go to the Store Portal, there is a link at the top of the page that says Partner Self Service. When you click here, it will take you to another link that goes directly to My Partner Info.
Once you make changes in My Partner Info, theCommunity Service Website information will automatically update shortly thereafter.
