Starbucks Community Service

Question-

Can customers lead events?  I have a customer who is amazing and has joined our site and I was gonna have her take over the food bank stuff in our area but we can't get it to where she can 'lead' the event.  Is it a technical error or can customers not yet lead events?  If not they definately should be able too!  Can we change that?
