Starbucks Community Service

I have spent more time online than planning and executing my event The Tasting on April 17th. I don't feel I should have to do more. The replies I have recieved have not helped me. Who can I call to reslove this. I am prepairing to message my RVP if this can't be fixed. I am the Liason for a large event and dread being involved with this site. I am a busy sm and after 8.5 yrs. of Starbucks MYM's I am ready to draw back.
