My Job Title and Email are incorrect

I am a store manager and my job title shows I am a district manager from an assignment I had 2 years ago. Also, my email was my old DM email (now it has been changed to an email @Starbucks I have never heard of. I am unable to change this. How can I get this corrected? Also, when partners search for me by name only my "personal" account comes up but my partner account does not? Is there a way to fix this?

This is not the case. I was a a temporary district manager and I still have an account in the "active directory" This is where the site is pulling from. I have an open ticket with the help desk but they have not figured out how to delete my active directory account. My information on my partner is and has been correct.
