Community Art Coffee Reception - Baltimore, MD Feb 11,2011
Hi Partners!
Our store has decided to launch our community efforts this year with a long-term community art project! We are launching this program with TWO wonderful pieces! First - we have a painting by Tavi S., 8 years old, of a Starbucks cup with beautiful shading and attendtion to detail. Her artwork has inspired many of our regulars to take in the details of everything around us and we are excited to watch her grow as an artist. As well, we have a beautiful black and white photograph taken by Autumn F., Barista. The photograph is of an orchid seller in the Baltimore, MD farmer's market and truly captures the diversity of our community.
