How to note if we're bringing additional volunteers (such as our kids)?

I was able to sign myself up, but there was nowhere to mark whether I'm bringing additional volunteers with me. Should I sign my son up separately?

Hi Virginia, if you can, please send a quick email to seattle@starbucks.com and we'll make sure to add your son and any other folks to our growing list! If you want to spread the word to non Starbucks partners, please have them go to www.starbucks.com/seattle and register from there!!

  I have been attempting to add my family members as volunteers-system is moving at a snail's pace.
  
  They are Nicholas Langley 10-years-old, Jared Lange 13-years-old, and Isaiah Bedell 14-years-old.
  
  (I am using the link for join a project.)
