Can partners from other districts/regions join in?

The Potomac River certainly affects more than just the Maryland Starbucks districts. My Starbucks location is on the riverfront in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, and would love to help out in cleaning and taking responsilibility for the natural beauty and resources in the area. Is this a project that other partners from other districts can join in and help out with?
