Such a Great Time!!

So this morning I started out by drinking a few cups of coffee.  By the time I got to the event, I was a little amped, and ready to work.  While I too felt like Tom and just wanted to get to work in the middle of the greetings by our guests, the words were greatly appreciated.  It didn't seem like a lot to me to go up and paint for a few hours.  When I heard some of the stories this morning about coming out successful when everything else is going again you, I really wanted to get up and get to work.  It is true that sometimes we don't really realize what the impact is that we can actually have on our communities.  Seeing the kids' eyes light up as they watched us paint was so great.  I had a really great time!  It was also really great to get to hang out with other partners and just have a fun time, without a meeting or workplace things to come along with it.

Thanks again!!!!!

    Victor!

Thank you for participating in this event! We had such a great time connecting with partners, students, teachers and the community. Its unbelievable how much work we got done in half a day, It looked like a brand new school!! I am thankful that school was in session because it was so rewarding to see the students reaction! Thanks again for volunteering.

We look forward to seeing you at the next event

    your partner,

    Kristy
