Question for the site people or anyone that can help.
I have worked with all my partners on getting on the site and getting involved with the site and the community yet two things happen-
1. When we search or just look at "volunteers" some of my partners only show up when you search for them by name, others pop up no problem. It is a bummer when they try and see status level and they aren't even listed...
2. These same partners it seems when you invite them to an event it shows 'error.'
Any ideas or remedies for this issue?
I hope it is an easy fix. They can axcess their site and post things no problem but I don't know where the disconnect is. And if that happens for more than just a handfull of my partners how many more partners or customers are not showing up...
