Trying to post an event and once I fill it out it tells me "unexpected error"

Hello,

I have been trying to post an event for the last couple days for the Womens rape relief shelter and anytime I fill out all the information and I save and submit it gives me "unexpected error"

I have tried on numerous computers and numerous times.

Help?
