Denise Phillips, director of Harvest for Humanity, talks about how she loves our grounds, how they are utilized in the garden, and the essential role they play in the mircobiological processes of the soil that promote growth. Currently, Denise picks up at least 100 pounds of brewer grounds a day from our store and we are developing a system to provide more of this precious resource from other stores in our district.
