Partner log-in

Q: I can’t log into the website.
ACTION: First, double check to ensure that your Partner login credentials work as expected. Please review this 'Quick Start Guide' for Global Username. If you’ve are able to login successfully to Starbucks.com/partners using your Global Username but are not able to login to the Community Service site, please call Starbucks Enterprise Help Desk: 1-888-796-5282, option 1
Q: I don’t have a/forgot my Global Username or Password.
ACTION: If you’ve misplaced your Global Username or Password, you can reset it using the Partner Password Station. Once you’ve reset your username or password, please try to login again.
Q: How do I update my personal information (name, email address, etc.)?
ACTION: call Starbucks Enterprise Help Desk: 1-888-796-5282, option 1

Customer log-in

Q: I can’t log into the website.
As a customer, if you are unable to login to the Community Service website with your existing Starbucks account, please visit our password reset tool and you will be able to quickly reset your password in order to login.
Q: I don’t have a/forgot my username or password.
If you need to create a new account in order to participate with the Starbucks Community Service site, please visit our website to create an account. If you are still having issues, please contact Starbucks Customer Service: 1 (800) 782-7282
